Kolton's first day of school

Kolton had so much fun on the first day of school.

Mommy: Kolton what did you do at school today?

Kolton: We played, we played in the gym, we played with cars, we played on the playground at school. I did work a shape puzzle.

Mommy: What was your favorite part at school today?

Kolton: My favorite part was the scary balloon and the shape puzzle

Mommy: What made the balloon scary

Kolton: The air was going out on the balloon

In case anyone is wondering, I had a good first day too.

New York Vacation

We had so much fun on our vacation to see our families for Cameron's first birthday and my grandparents 65 wedding anniversary party. It started off a little rough and both kids got sick the night before we were supposed to leave, but even puke in every room didnt stop us from making it on the trip (just a day later than planned) Here are some of my favorite pictures from the tripKarley reading a book with G-Pa (my dad is too cool to be called grandpa so we had to come up with a cool name for him.
Kolton turned into a baby for a while and really enjoyed the baby toys.

Kolton's camp out, more like camp in, but he slept and napped in a tent at Jo Jo's house

Kolton, Karley, daddy and Art Art going on an safari adventure to the "rainforest" They actually went out back in the creek, but the first time my kids had been in the woods and Karley thought it was the rainforest thanks to Dora and Diego's show when they go to the rainforest.
